You must check out daily and leave the property entirely!!! The shower room setup feels more like a prison than a hotel. Crowded sink areas are a nightmare in the morning!!! Do yourself a favor and bring hand soap to the common lounge!!!

The location near the Gotanda JR station was great for exploring Tokyo. New towels, pajamas, and slippers were provided daily, which enhanced my comfort throughout my stay. The sauna was tidy and a nice feature, even if it was a bit small. I also enjoyed the nearby supermarkets and a range of restaurants, all within walking distance.

The lounge area sometimes felt cramped in the evening hours.
